I.G. you order a record it comes to 7,50 postage – this means it comes as letter and is not registered – if you add the insurance, it is insured and we/you can trace/track it.
we recommend to add insurance to all record orders outside germany below 2kg! and for all sendings that exeeds a certain value.
if you dont choose insurance we cannot ask the courier service for compensation if there is a defect during transportation, and we can not tell you where the product is.
