Shipping details

For the parcel service we use DHL/Deutsche Post and sometimes DPD. These shipments are automatically insured.

Some products can also be shipped as letter service, we always try to use the cheapest possibillity to save your costs. As a customer it´s upon you to deceide whether the letter shipment is insured/registrated or not. Only with this insurance we can trace your shipment and have an insurance. To be on the save side we recommend this for our customers from abroad. Otherwise there´s no guarantee.

The postage costs are calculated weight based, including also the packing material.
