Wie auf den Vorläufern ‚HAARP‘ und ‚Teddybear‘ will auch ‚Montauk Project‘ Licht in finstere Affären des Pentagon bringen, die vor allem seit den 1970er Jahren mit elektromagnetischer Bewusstseinskontrolle experimentieren und gemeinsam mit privaten Geheimdienstorganisationen (NSA etwa) noch heute an solchen Projekten arbeiten.
