Brand new album by this strange band living somewhere in the middle of the woods outside Vienna.
Again, DBaticotlh managed to sound different than on the previous albums, which somehow got a trademark of this strange band meanwhile, and as people say is somehow ‘undescribable’ – and even if a discription would fit, by next album ist anyway exresent”. And somehow, they might be right!
As since the beginning of the career of Dbaticotlh the band invited some stunnig guests to take part on this album again – this time:

Von Der Blutharsch And The Infinite Church Of The Leading Hand gibt es endlich wieder neue Kost, diesmal in Form des neuen Werks “The End Of The Beginning”, dem im Frühjahr die EP-Veröffentlichung namens “The Beginning And The End” vorausgegangen ist.
Was bereits von Beginn an mächtig ins Gehör springt, ist einerseits der amtliche Melodiereichtum und anderseits der dazugehörige Gesang. Beide Komponenten sorgen für einen wunderbaren Hörgenuss und kommen für meinen Geschmack sogar noch besser zum Tragen als auf den überzeugenden Vorläufern. So schafft man es, mit “The End Of The Beginning” von Anfang an zu überzeugen, was vermutlich daran liegen dürfte, dass jenes Werk zugänglicher ausgefallen ist. Bedurfte es meinerseits bei den beiden Vorgängern noch etwas Einhörvermögen, klingt die Sache nun weit eingängiger.
Sahnestücke wie “Get Back!” oder “Sechsechsechs” können mit spielerischer Leichtigkeit im Oberstübchen Fuß fassen, wobei es allerdings fast schon ein Frevel wäre, die anderen Stücke nicht zu benennen. Sämtliches Material ist nämlich auf gleichbleibend hohem Niveau, was Anhänger des psychedelischen Krautrock in Verzückung setzen dürfte und die Band selbst von ihrer wohl bislang stärksten Seite zeigt. Denn auch eine Vertonung wie “Right In Your Head” hinterlässt mächtig Eindruck, wohnt jener doch eine recht dumpfe Taktgebung bei, was einen entsprechend kraftvollen Eindruck hinterlässt.
Die zukünftige Entwicklung von Der Blutharsch And The Infinite Church Of The Leading Hand kann man nur erahnen, großartiges Kino sollte dabei aber garantiert sein und wer die Vorwerke zu schätzen weiß, der wird hier mehr als nur glücklich werden. Was bleibt, ist eine schöne ansprechende Scheibe, die man immer wieder gerne hört, der eine eigene Atmosphäre entströmt und die entsprechend lange interessant bleibt.
