This edition included the entire “regular” edition as well as a hard cover book version of the comic, as well as four extra prints, a psycho-killer comic from the early 90’s, a photo, all enclosed in an “evidence” bag with a toe-tag bookmark. It carries the same C.O.S. catalog number, C.O.S. 23. It was not available for sale. Limited to 25 copies.
